Qacha’s Nek, Nov.15 — Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court, Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale has today slapped a Mosotho male aged 56 and a female aged 22 years to 15 years imprisonment on each of the two counts of sexual offense consecutively without a fine.
The two around September and October subjected two young girls aged 12 and 14 years to sexual abuse, contravening the provisions of Section 10 (1) read with 32 of the Sexual Offenses Act No.3 of 2003.
The male accused unlawfully and intentionally raped these girls interchangeable and in return offered them less than M20 money in those accounts while the female accused induced them to allow the male to commit an unlawful sexual act of penetration unto them for monetary compensation to her. . .
