Maseru, Sept 14—The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC)’s dismissal of its Public Relations Manager (PRM) Mr. Tuoe Hantsi has been nullified by the Labour Court in his judgement issued on Thursday.
Labour Court Deputy President Mr. Makoanyane Keta said the IEC order to dismiss its PRM has been nullified on the grounds that he was not given a fair hearing.
