Qacha’s Nek, Jan.11–The newly appointed District Administrator (DA), Mr. Habofanoe Pheku sets his sights on change, growth and service delivery improvement.
In an effort to beef up Ministries delivery, Mr. Pheku told Heads of Departments (HODs) today that he is focusing on improving service delivery in a meeting aimed at introducing him to HODs and reflection on festive season’s performance.
Mr. Pheku urged HODs to have one vision and understanding for the betterment of the district. . .
