Mokhotlong Oct. 03–The International Women Peace Group (IWPG) in Lesotho held a brief prayer for peace on Thursday evening, hours before the historic national event could take place in the capital city, Maseru on Friday.
IWPG Committee Chairperson Mrs. ‘Malejaka Letooane said the prayer that was conducted virtually and attended by members at different places in the country was intended to commemorate 200 years of the Basotho nation’s existence.
