Thaba Tseka, Mar. 04 — Lack of access roads and foot bridges remain a challenge to Public Servants conducting the Labour Market survey which began in January this year.
This was stated by the Senior Field Officer, Mr. Tlhalefo Kaphe in an interview with the Agency on Monday who stated that the work is continuing effectively despite minor hiccups.
He indicated that due to lack of access roads they travel long distances by vehicles and reach their destination late and then have to do their job with minimal time as they also are expected to return home.
He said some places are far and they spend a lot time traveling before they reach them and had mentioned places like Kuebung, Kuebunyane, Ha Motsiba where they are expected to leave vehicles at Ha Peterosi and walk for more than five hours to reach those villages.
