LACK OF ROADS TO MPHOJOA A HINDRANCE TO SERVICE DELIVERY

Quthing, July 02 — Lack of a road to Mphojoa area in Mtjanyane Community Council is a serious concern that obstructs various public service delivery to the residents from different villages in the area.

In an interview in connection with maintenance of a road to that has been a long time plight of the community from Mphojoa area, the Quthing District Council Secretary Mrs. Marelebohile Ntsukunyane confirmed that Mphojoa area is currently hard to reach following heavy rains national disaster that washed the bridge that connected Sixondo area Mphojoa was experienced in the year 2019.

Mrs. Ntsukunyane highlighted that Mphojoa bridge was constructed by the district Council and the bridge has not yet been reconstructed to date as was on the national list of community projects destroyed by 2019 heavy rains disaster to be maintained with funds Sourced by Disaster Management Authority (DMA). . .
