Maseru, Sept.20—-The High Court sitting as the Constitutional Court has on Wednesday in a case in which the constitutionality of The Laws of Lerotholi and Children’s Protection and Welfare Act is being challenged advised lawyers to go to court prepared.
Justice Polo Banyane stated that the court is available to hear cases and sit as long as possible. She however indicated that the court should not be abused and its time wasted. She said lawyers should do their research in order to assist the court to appreciate their cases.
