LEADERS NEED BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE – LESHOTA

Mohale’s Hoek, 26. Nov — The member of the National Assembly Honourable Mrs. ‘Masetota Leshota has pleaded with leaders to lead by example, for the fight against high rate of alcohol abuse to be won.

Mrs. Leshota stated this at an event held at Ha- ‘Mapotsane courtesy of She-Hive Association, with the aim of creating awareness against any form of abuse due to alcohol, by noting that youth are looking up to leaders to lead the way, which they could not as some of them are also abusing alcohol.

Mrs. Leshota who applauded traffic officers initiative of using breathalysers to test the level of alcohol in motorists, suggested that it should not only be done in Maseru and Mafeteng, and concluded by proposing that Parliamentarians practice a ”Sober Month” concept to support of stakeholders fighting against alcohol abuse. . .
