Maseru, Aug. 05 — King Letsie III, Prime Minister (PM), Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane and United Nations (UN) agencies high-level delegation toured market exhibition stalls at Masianokeng on Monday.
Organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition, the event is part of celebrating 200 years marking existence of Basotho and commencing food month with the aim to enhance food systems.
In his speech, the Minister of agriculture, Mr. Thabo Mofosi indicated the agenda gathering here today signals that agriculture has indeed been the backbone in the economic spectrum hence the theme “Khotso, Pula, Nala.” . .
