Mafeteng, April 12 — Lesotho used to be a peaceful land with its people living in harmony.
The remarks were made by Mr. Rorisang Manka when officially closing a one-day Seminar on Police Brutality on behalf of the District Administrator for Mafeteng held in the district on Wednesday.
Mr. Manka acknowledged the Catholic Commission for Peace and Justice for organizing the important seminar whereby some people have been ill-treated not knowing who to consult and yet living with the pain.
He said currently most people live in fear of being killed due at any kind of conflict……
