Qacha’s Nek, Sept.5 — In an exciting development for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP), the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) has launched a public competition to name in Sesotho the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) for Phase II of the project.
This announcement was made to the Head of Departments (HODs) in Qacha’s Nek on Thursday.
The competition follows the recent arrival of the TBM’s first 15-truck fleet at the Caledonspoort border in Butha-Buthe, an event graced by the Minister of Natural Resources, Mr. Mohlomi Moleko, and South African High Commissioner, Mrs. Constance Seoposengwe. . .
