Maseru, Feb. 29 — Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) presented a comprehensive overview of its ongoing Phase II projects to the Senate on Thursday.
LHDA Public Relations Manager (PRM) Mr. Mpho Brown presented the summary on behalf of the company.
