Maseru,Apr.10– Lesotho Highland Development Authority (LHDA) has promised to build a community hall for people residing at Khorong, Ha-Nchela as part of their compensation to the villagers after relocation from their original homes .
This was said by The Chief Executive Officer (LHDA) Mr. Tente during the meeting with the Parliament’s Natural Resources cluster held on Wednesday.
Mr Tente said as part of the compensation, they asked the residents to table their needs and they mentioned the installation of taps and construction of roads but the money they offered to those could not afford to construct the road and since Wasco has provided with water supply they asked the community members to table another minor need that will be accommodated by the money at hand hence the introduction of hall was presented…
