LIKUENA DEPART FOR ETHIOPIA

Maseru, March 19 — Lesotho’s senior soccer side Likuena left the country for Ethiopia to play two international warm up matches during this FIFA break on Thursday and Sunday respectively.

Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) Secretary General Mr. Mokhosi Mohapi told the Agency on Tuesday that the team left by road to South Africa, where they will board a flight from O.R. Tambo International Airport to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

He said all the 23 players selected by Coach Mr. Leslie Notsi are part of the team including the foreign based players as well as those who were part of the People’s Cup that was hosted at Mant’sonyane lst  weekend.

“There are no injuries reported or any who missed the trip to Ethiopia as all the players reported for training and were part of the trip,” he said.
