LIOLI F.C, URBAN COUNCIL AT LOGGERHEADS ON BUS TERMINAL CONSTRUCTION

Berea, Nov 11 — Construction process of Teyateyaneng bus terminal was nearly affected on Monday as Lioli F.C management ordered the removal of safety nets at the project site in demand of their playground, over the alleged breach of contract by the Urban Council. 

According to Lioli F.C General Manager Mr. Lekhooa Thabaneng the plan to dismantle the safety nets around a certain portion of what used to be Lioli F.C ground is triggered by the slow progress made at Ha-Ramonaheng where the new Lioli ground is supposed to be constructed by the Urban Council. 

Mr. Thabaneng said it is so sad that they have openly allowed the Urban Council to use their land for urban infrastructure development project, but it is failing to fulfil its promise of constructing the new Lioli F.C ground in return to the land they have exchanged. . .
