LITS’OANE EXPRESSES CONCERN OVER STAGNANT PIGGERY PRODUCTION  IN QACHA’S NEK 

Qacha’s Nek, Nov. 10 – District Animal Production Officer  in  the Department of Livestock under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Nutrition ,Mr. Mohapi Lits’oane, has voiced concern over stagnant piggery production within the Souru Piggery Association.

Mr. Lits’oane raised this issue during a meeting with association members intended for first-quarter financial reporting and the selection of representatives for the upcoming national piggery conference, hosted by the Pork Chops Association in Maseru on November 29. 

However, the selection process was stalled due to low attendance—only five out of the 24 active members attended, most of whom were committee members…
