Maseru, Sept 13 – Former Political Advisor, Mr. Lehlohonolo Ts’ehlana says the upcoming local government elections are central in a democratic dispensation.
According to Mr. Ts’ehlana, who was Advisor in the office of former Prime Minister Mr. Motsoahae Thabane, these elections can go a long way in addressing the ailing needs of Basotho if given the attention they deserve.
