Maseru, Sept 13— Hearing of a case in which Former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Business Development and Tourism Ms. Nonkululeko Zaly is challenging termination of her employment contract by the Government of Lesotho, which was scheduled for Wednesday failed and was postponed to September 29 2023.
The application was instituted in January this year after the applicant received a letter dated January 11 2023 informing her of a decision by the Prime Minister to terminate her employment contract as the Principal Secretary. The respondents in the matter are the Prime Minister, Ministry of Ministry of Trade, Industry, Business Development and Tourism, Public Service Commission and the Attorney General who have been cited as 1st to 4th respondents respectively.
