LTDC PLANT TREES IN CELEBRATION OF TOURISM MONTH 

Maseru, Sept. 24– The Lesotho Tourism Development Cooperation (LTDC) will plant indigenous trees at iconic Qiloane Mountain in Thaba-Bosiu in celebration of the Tourism Month which will be held on Wednesday. 

Speaking with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) Mr. Molapo Matela indicated that this is the initiative to further enhance the sustainable use of natural resources.

Mr. Matela said this year’s theme ”Tourism and Green Investment” emphasises investment activities that focus on projects or areas committed to protecting the environment such as reducing pollution, using fossil fuels, conserving natural resources, and developing alternative energy resources.
