Maseru, Jul. 21 — The Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation (LTDC) and Selemo Association have launched the beginning of Basotho New Year dubbed ‘Moea oa Selemo sa Basotho’ which is commemorated in August.
During his speech, the Minister of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development Mr. Pitso Lesaoana indicated that commemorating the beginning of the Basotho New Year is very crucial as it seeks to bring back cultural norms of the Basotho nation.
