MAIME WITNESS FIRST GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR ECCD SCHOOLS

Berea, Nov 02—For the first time ever in the history of Senqunyane foothills of Berea district, Maime community witnessed the graduation ceremony of nine Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) children on Sunday.

Senqunyane ECCD graduates were composed of six girls and three boys and they were brought from five ECCD schools such as Matebeleng, Ha-Mpou, Ha-Mahana, Mothakathi and Maime.

When approached for comment, Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) under its Early Childhood Care Development, District National Teacher Trainer Ms. Blossom Ramakatane said they are proud to have recorded the first graduation ceremony at Maime and that marks a milestone of development on nurturing children to secure the bright future…
