Botha-Bothe, July 12 — Mawes Football Club has today presented to the District Administrator their winning cup after qualifying to be in the super league.
Speaking at the presentation of the cup, Member of District Football Association, Mrs ‘Makatleho Maepho showed that the Mawes is a ladies’ team which has shown great enthusiasm from the district level to regional level and up to the national level where they worked hard to be in the super league.
Mrs. Maepho said the reason for presenting the cup to the District Administrator is to show that there is a team in Botha-Bothe that needs support. . . .
