Maseru, Dec. 31 — The Minister of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police has informed the nation about the slow services in issuance of documents.
Minister Lebona Lephema said this during a press conference held in Maseru on Tuesday.
He added that affected services include birth and death certificates, passports and National Identity Documents (ID’s).
In giving explanation about the said challenge, he alluded to it as a macro external factor pertaining to issues of digital and technology.
