Maseru, July.29—The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) supported the official launch of the partnership between the Ministry of Education and Training and the Lesotho College of Education (LCE) to strengthen the in-service teacher’s capacity to deliver comprehensive sexuality education.
The partnership marks the beginning of a long-awaited sustainable and quality teacher continuous professional development initiative.
After the launch, over 300 teachers will be trained through face to face and online modalities over a period of 13 weeks in both Maseru and Thaba-Tseka college campuses…
