Quthing, August May 25 — The Minister of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition Mr. Thabo Mofosi led public servants in Quthing district cleaning campaign under “operation Hloekisa Lesotho” national campaign on Friday this week.
Addressing the public servants at the District Administrator’s Office premises at the end of the cleaning campaign, Mr. Mofosi commended them for participation since the operation started despite different challenges that need to be addressed through joined stakeholders’ effects to make the campaign a success.
He said the impact of the cleaning campaign is visible in town mostly at Lower Moyeni street, as traders and street venders seem to be responding positively in front of the shops and street, adding that the strategy has been taken from Rwanda for sustainable cleanliness in towns.
