MOSAE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TRAINING

Mohale’s Hoek, Oct.25 — One of the villagers from Ha ‘Mako in Mpharane Thabiso Mosae who runs a Roller Milling business has expressed his gratitude to the government for considering taking them for training.

Mr. Mosae stated this in an interview with the Agency following the on-going visits to various villages, by the Food and Nutrition Coordinating Office (FNCO), aimed at checking the state of Roller Mills in the District and the type of maize each Roller Mill produces.

He asserted that they need to be equipped with skills regarding proper ways of using the Mills without losing nutrients needed in maize meal, after being informed that most nutrientts are lost during the milling process. . .
