Maseru, Mar. 08 —- The historic three-day journey of approximately 116 kilometers, Moshoeshoe walk ended on a high note at Thaba-Bosiu on Saturday evening.
The walk, which commenced last Thursday at Menkhoaneng, Leribe and brought together local and international tourists, was led by Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso.
Speaking at the event, King Letsie III commended women for participating in the walk, which coincides with women’s day.
He also conveyed gratitude to participants, in particular the international visitors. “We appreciate your support and solidarity,” he said, thanking sponsors of the event for their unwavering generous support. LR/TL
