MPA REFUTES ALLEGATIONS OF CHICKENPOX

Maseru, Aug. 07 — In response to recent allegations circulating on social media that Maseru Private Academy (MPA) is experiencing a chickenpox outbreak, the school’s administration has issued a firm statement refuting the claims.

The administration noted that the health and safety of their learners is their top priority and they consistently take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of any contagious diseases.

MPA assured parents that there are no incidents of chickenpox at the school and urged both parents and the public not to panic over the unsubstantiated rumors.

One social media post claimed that five learners at the academy were found with skin rash that is itchy and appears like many small blisters.
