NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FAILS YET AGAIN TO PROCEED

Maseru, Aug 28—The National Assembly  failed  to carry out its day’s business due to two court notices challenging the special sitting as well as the appeal case challenging the business of the House.

This was revealed by Speaker of the National Assembly Mr. Tlohang Sekhamane in the National Assembly on Monday.

Addressing the members, Mr. Sekhamane told them that he has received the judgement about the ruling of the case in which Yearn for Economic Sustainability (YES), Mr. Kananelo Raboloetse and Media Institute of Southern Africa (MISA) Lesotho had lodged a complaint before the court but lost.
