Maseru, Aug, 29 — National Contact Centre (NCC) and Public Relations Officers (PRO) held a workshop on Thursday.
According to Ms. Pulane Ntjantja, on behalf of Director Information, from the Ministry of Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation mentioned that the purpose of the workshop is to bring together the PRO’s of different ministries to enable information sharing.
“The purpose of NCC is to work together with PRO’s in order to ensure that the public receives good services from ministries,” she said.
However, Mr. Khiba Masiu, Director General ICT, Ministry of Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation mentioned that the NCC represents a critical component in the digital transformation journey for Lesotho. . .
