Maseru,Jan.25— A case in which five members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) are accused of murder of three men which occurred at Mafeteng in 2012, has been scheduled to proceed on August 5-9, 13 and 15 as well as September 10 and 11 2024.
The hearing dates were set after the court granted bail to four of the accused in the matter who had sought their release.
Khauhelo Makoa, Sebilo Sebilo, Tsepo Tlhakeli and Thebe Tsepe had applied for bail for the second time before the same court after the previous one was denied in December last year.
