Mokhotlong Dec. 04 — At least 2870 benefited from a food distribution that was conducted in four Constituencies within the district.
According to a report from the District Disaster Management Officer in Mokhotlong, Mr. Sekake Thamae the distribution was done as a relief measure to reduce hunger to the needy households in the district.
He added that beneficiaries were people who also took part in the ‘Tsoha u Iketsetse’ project as it was meant to bring difference in their lives.
The project was conducted in the form of a cash for work initiative supported by the Lesotho government.
