PARLIAMENTARIAN WANTS REPRESENTATION IN COMMONWEALTH

Maseru, Nov. 14 — A Member of Parliament for Matala Constituency Number 41, says it is worrying that Lesotho is often not represented at the Commonwealth Parliament.

Dr. Ts’eliso Moroke said this after standing with a Point of Order in the National Assembly on Thursday. He expressed concern that Lesotho’s image particularly that of Parliament is being tarnished globally and internationally.

According to him, the House was meant to have taken a trip to Commonwealth last year, indicating such failed-on grounds of financial constraints. . .
