PIG FARMER INVESTS IN SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Berea, Apr 22, As to tackle unemployment and build a sustainable future, Al-Sam farmers breed pigs as well as supply pork in Teyateyaneng to earn income.

Speaking with the Agency on Tuesday, Mr. Appeal Samuel Rapapa pointed out that he began his journey in 2019 where he had nine pigs and 100 chickens  which he was well aware that market is high, especially eggs as  they are organic. 

Moreover, he stated that his dream was to slaughter at least two pigs at a time to supply pork to consumers. “I used to watch videos on social platforms, and I discovered that demand is high in other countries as well as Lesotho… MM/BM
