ROAD Mokhotlong, Feb.13 — Members of the community have expressed readiness to embark on maintenance of a gravel road between Ntsupe and Matsoku, Ha Meno in the Malingoaneng Constituency.
Speaking at a public gathering held at Nqechane in Matsoku, Mokhotlong on Thursday, a community representative Mr. Khotso Ts’oeu said they are faced with numerous challenges with road maintenance being on top of their needs.
He said they are prepared to maintain the road to make traveling smooth and fast from the villages to Mapholaneng to perform their businesses on time.
Mr. Ts’oeu added that they tried to work on the road in question through the ‘Tsoha o iketsetse’ project implemented under the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) but the rains destroyed it.
