QACHA’SNEK HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS SHINE IN NATIONAL LGCSE RANKINGS 

Qacha’s Nek, Jan. 18 — Two students from Qacha’s Nek High School, Ms. ’Mapolo Janefeke (16) from Kuebung, Ha Janefeke, and Ms. Konosoang Khalikane (17) from Tsekong, have made their district proud by securing third place nationally in the 2024 Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education (LGCSE) examinations.

In an interview with the Agency, Ms. Janefeke, who scored an impressive four A* and three As, shared her excitement, attributing her success to God, determination, and the unwavering support of her teachers and family.

 “It has always been my dream to be a top achiever since Grade 8. Hard work and resilience were my guiding principles. I found peace in reading and made books my best friends,” she said, adding that her teachers’ encouragement and her sister’s advice to trust in God were pivotal. . .
