2020 is giving some traders a hard time.
This was stated in an interview with the Agency by District Licencing Officer Ms. Makhauta Lefathe on Tuesday.
According to Ms. Lefathe most traders are not able to use the internet, thereby making it hard for them to access their Identities and certificates online.
She said they use emails to send documents to the traders which makes it hard for some to access their certificates online and they still come to the office to ask for their documents to be printed. . .
