RAMASHAMOLE URGES MANTS’ONYANE COMMUNITY TO MAINTAIN PEACE

Thaba Tseka, March 15 — The Area Chief of Ha Leronti, Mants’onyane, Chief Nkuebe Ramashamole has called the community to maintain peace and stability ahead of Prime Minister’s (PM) 68th birthday.

Speaking with the Agency prior music festival tonight, the Area Chief indicated security is set and ready with police going to be in operation together with different Community Policing Committees.

“This is going to be an exciting celebration for the people of Mants’onyane and whole district, it is going to attract guests from different walks of life, the more reason why the spirit of unity must prevail,” he said.

Chief Ramashamole mentioned that together with organising committee, the office of the Area Chief supported by other stakeholders have fully prepared for the big day whose climax will be opening of refurbished St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Mission (RCM).

“Without any hindrances, we are ready to start the ball rolling, perfect it all and make sure the PM who is also a Member of Parliament rejoices without fail,” he added.

Furthermore, he congratulated Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane for always extending a hand to his community, thus giving the sports facility, police station and other things including the gift of the church to be presented tomorrow, Sunday.

He appealed to the community to protect these facilities that has seen the district ranking amongst the best in the country.
