Thaba Tseka Mar 13 – Sub-accountancy District Manager says the 2014 Treasury regulation will have to be changed to accommodate e-payments to move hand in hand with the Revenue Services of Lesotho (RSL).
This Mr. Relebohile Letséla stated during a half-day input gathering session on e-Tax Clearance and e-VAT 11 Certificates on Monday.
According to Mr. Letséla, in most cases, parastatals leave them behind when they introduce new things making it hard to collaborate. He said parastatals have gone digital and have left them behind making it hard to work together.
He added that to be at the same level, there should be a written agreement between the government and the parastatals to move forward together. . .
