Maseru, Aug.01— While other farmers are complaining of poor harvest, Mr. Tlotlisang Sefali hailing from Ha-Ntsi Machache has done it.
“This is only from the two-terrace farming out of 11 and there are still nine to be harvest”, he said.
He said this are results of good work thus preparing soil which includes clearing the area of weeds and debris, loosening the soil, testing, and adjusting the soil pH, adding organic matter compost, and ensuring proper drainage as well as planting on time.
He said he also had sorghum which he sold to the Disaster Management Authority (DMA), however he said the beans did not give a good yield due to heavy rains..AT/BM
