SOCIAL CLUSTER BLOCKS TAXPAYERS MONEY FROM BEING SWINDLED

Maseru, March 22 – Mrs. ‘Mantoetsi Mohatonyane who is a member of parliamentary Social Cluster Committee made an amendment to the Ministry of Gender, Youth, Social Development proposed budget be reduced by M1,553,200 Million during the presentation in the National Assembly on Friday.

Mrs. Mohatonyane who is also Member of Parliament representing Movement for Economic Change (MEC) on Proportional Representation (PR) said this was due to the fact that they discovered the Ministry was unable to verify over 400 World War I and II veterans under the payroll…
