SPELLING A BUSINESS CHALLENGE SECOND ROUND TAKES PLACE

Botha-Bothe, March 27 — The second round of the Spelling A Business Challenge kicked off on Wednesday in 17 schools across Botha-Bothe.

During the first leg of the competition, which took place in March, 13 learners competed against their peers by spelling business-related words.

In this second round, the 10 winners from the first leg presented their business ideas. From this stage, three learners were selected to represent their schools in the final competition, scheduled for April 25.

In an interview, Sefako High School Principal, Mr. Pholoane Polokoane, explained that although the school does not offer commercial subjects, they chose to participate in the competition because they still teach business-related topics through subjects lthat include Agriculture and Development Studies.
