TRAFFIC SERVICES RUN SMOOTHLY SINCE EXTENSION-NTSEKHE

Maseru, Jan. 06 — Services are running smoothly at the department of traffic since it extended working hours on December 19 last year.

This was said by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport Public Relations Manager, Mrs. Ntumeleng Nts’ekhe in an interview with the Agency, remininding the public that services resume at 07:00 am until 16:30 pm.

However, she said the department is faced with a challenge of motorists who are currently changing number plates despite the Ministries efforts of warning and pleading with them to change the number plates on time.

“Motorists were given enough time to change number plates as we made announcements from 2020” she said, indicating that the old number plates expired in December last year thus those who are still using them will be brought to book as they are illegal.
