Maseru, March 06 – The upgrading of Setsoto stadium has stalled after delay of payment to the contractor assigned to carry out the work at the only playing facility in the country.
Director of Sports at the Ministry of Tourism, Sports, Arts and Culture Mr. Khotso Patsa told the Agency that the upgrading work has temporarily stopped while the payment to the contractor is being sorted out.
He said once the payment has been made, the work will resume in which new turf laying is expected to be installed to replace the old one before other structures could be attended…
