WASCO CEO TAKES SHORT LEAVE PENDING SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS 

Maseru, Mar. 08 — The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) Mr. Thelejane Thelejane has opted for a three-month short leave following allegations of sexual assault by a staff member.

The accusations, centered on claims of sexual harassment against WASCO staff member Mrs. Lineo Moqasa, were confirmed by Mr. Thabo Monyamane, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, during a press conference held in Maseru on Friday.

Mr. Monyamane revealed that in light of the ongoing investigation, the Board has appointed Mr. Falla Seboko as the Cater-taker CEO, effective immediately. . .
