Berea, June 17 — Ha-Mokonyana community in the Pulane area said the water crisis is one of the most pressing issues which has left some communities in a dire situation of extreme thirst.
This was revealed by Ha-Mokonyana Electoral Division (ED) Community Councillor Mr. Lekhera Machabe when speaking to the Agency on Monday.
Mr. Machabe said although water is regarded as major source of life, there are still some people barely get a drop of water and among the worst hit villages are Ha-‘Makoaela and Ha-Mokonyana (Moreneng) which has over 200 households who have to travel long distances in order to have access to clean water supply. . .
