Maseru,Dec.05—Inspector Rapelang Nkeane who was part of an investigation team into the murder of Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng has on Tuesday denied that some of the accused in the matter were tortured by the police.
During cross-examination by one of the defence lawyers Advocate Zwelakhe Mda (KC), the witness was told that Mothibeli Mofolo, one of the accused in the matter, was in 2017 interrogated by the investigation team while at Hlotse Police Station and while at Mabote Police Station.
