Qacha’s Nek, Dec.05 — The Deputy Master of the High Court, Mrs. Tholoana Hlapisi has pledged the replacement of the Assistant Master of the High Court officer in Qacha’s Nek, Mr. Liteboho Rafutho.
This follows outcries from service seekers that the said officer entrusted with the job hopped in and out of his office and has not been to work consistently for a period of over six months.
The Master is responsible for the administration of deceased and insolvent estates, protection of property of the minors and administration of the guardian fund.
“We are not going to say we will be here tomorrow because we would be lying but we promise there will be a person placed even though we do not know when…the office has not been closed,” she said. . .
