Berea, Aug. 27 — Over 26 primary schools from six centres of Berea district will showcase their talents during the cultural competitions to be staged at Teyateyaneng, Pitso Ground on Friday.
Berea Primary Schools Committee for Cultural Competitions Spokesperson, Ms. Mantsane Thoahlane confirmed the development during an interview with the Agency on Tuesday.
Ms. Thoahlane said primary schools will weigh their strength on seven cultural activities which includes songs and games such as Mokhibo, Ndlamo, Mohobelo, Liletsoa, Liketoana and Moraba-raba.
She pointed out that for quite a long time, cultural competitions were put on halt due to COVID-19 pandemic, therefore they saw a growing need to reintroduce the games at district level.
