BOSSES GET LEADERSHIP TRAINING SKILLS

Maseru,Oct.30 — The Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Employment through the Lesotho Institution of Public Administration and Management (LIPAM) with the assistance of the Common wealth Secretariat has a five day training on leadership for senior government officials in Maseru starting from Monday.

Officially opening the training, the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Employment Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi said that the training comes in at the right time which the government has just merged ministries for restructuring.

Mr. Ramoeletsi mentioned that the world keeps changing towards improved service delivery therefore Lesotho is not supposed to be an exemption.
